There are many branches of Science because of its vast distances.

Some common branches are as follows.

1. Biology.
2. Maths.
3. Physics.
4. Chemistry.

• Biology

The word Biology has been derived from two words Bios and Logos .

Bios means life and Logos means discussion.So,the study of living things is called Biology.

• Maths

The study of quantities is called Mathematics.

It is the branch of Science in which we deal with Variables and constants and drive the formulas to solve the problems related to these quantities.

• Physics

It is a branch of Science in which we deal with matter and energy and the relationship between them.

• Chemistry

It is a branch of Science in which with different chemical reactions and try to discover the physical and chemical properties of atoms,ions,molecules and compounds.
